Bottle as shown. Pours a clear amber with a large creamy off white head that lasts awhile leaving behind decent lacing on the glass. The aroma is a caramel malt with chocolate and nuts. Medium mouthfeel and a bit watery on the palate with a roasted malt taste and caramel and chocolate. Easy to drink, a good specialty grain from AIB.

Golden pour, nice head but little persistence.Aroma is delicate, some passionfruit and lemon from the nelson sauvin, with a fair bit of cereal malt. Definately lacking, was expecting more from the description of hops on the label.Flavours are similarly boring, a hint of lemon and some sweet hops mixes with slightly metallic malt.Too much carbonation.

Pours pale golden with a massive towering soap sud-like head. Good persistence.Aroma is white wine, lemon sherbet, coriander and the ever-present perfumy Lemon Myrtle. Further inspection reveals loads of lemon zest, and some light malt (perhaps wheat, not even sure if this is a real wit, label only says "contains malted barley.). Reminiscent of lemon-scented dish-washing liquid.Definate wheat flavour, very light otherwise. Short-lived finish is made of lemony tangyness and a practically invisible bitterness. Very weak tasting after a couple of sips, but still, quite refreshing.Too much carbonation.

2008 bottle, early 2008 from Sunset Grill.
Large, force carbonated head is off-white and held by a clear dark golden body.
Pretty basic, rather clean amber ale, with light, fluffy floral/perfume notes from the yeast and hints of nutty, lightly biscuity notes on the end.
Surprisingly "fresh" in flavor, but the bottles were newly distributed and probably hadnt sat long in the warehouse. A lightly creamy mouthfeel supported no doubt by the proteins/starches of the wattle seed (and lack of age on the beer). Nuttiness abounds, with mineral water, light caramel and hints of doughiness. No hops or alcohol notes to be found here.

Bright amber with a thin bubbly head. Very caramelly aroma, but inflated with some spice and stewed fruits. Decent body, lots of caramelly malt and some toast. There’s some fruitiness, a little stewed but with some brighter pear and plum notes as well.

12oz Bottle Pours out a hazy dark amber topped with a small off white head. Aroma of rich malt and some sweetness. Tast of thick malt and I would guess some wattle seed. A nice touch of sweet chocolate.
