Courtesy of Degarth. Pours yellow with bright white head. The aroma is sweet sweet pale maltiness and mild earthy, floral hops and hay. The flavor is similar with sweet sweet maltiness cut by some mild floral hops. OK beer for a hot weather experience.

33 cL bottle. Now brewed by Barons Brewing. Something of a roasted caramel aroma. Dark amber color with a disappearing white head. Medium bodied. Lightly carbonated. Definitely caramel, if not dark malty, sweet. Some very different herb/veg flavor, followed by a slight chocolate burst. After that it is a relatively dry finish that has light veg and light hop. There is a spice in the mouth as well. You don’t find this every day. Sort of a nice way to end the evening.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of highlandlad. Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Sweetish notes of roasted malt. Medium body, roasted malts and caramel. An edge of elderberry. The finish is dry. Not too bad. 200507

From 33 cL bottle. Aroma is malty with a mild bitterness. Flavour is malty with a vague bitterness, nutty and berry flavour. Dry nutty and berry finish. Clearly a different note from the wattle.

Bottled. A nut-brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and very fruity combined with some notes of berries on a underlying note of caramel. The flavor is sweet caramelic combined with light notes of berries - reminding me of sloe berries, leading to a lightly bitter end where the notes of sloe berries lingers around. I wonder if the sloe berry notes I pick up actually are the Wattle seeds. Thanks to Papsoe for sharing.

Bottled. Golden colour, average head. There’s some grassy hopa up front. It’s medium bodied and aromatic with fairly low bitterness. No traces of adjuncts. A solid standard lager.
