330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, sudsy, white head. Fruity yeasty and fruity hoppy aroma, yeasty spicy overtones, hints of banana, pear, green apple, some clove, a touch of white pepper, sage and mustard seed, banana leaves. Taste is minimally sweet wheaty, malty, fruity, notes of pear, banana, slightly bitter, grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy counterweight, peppery spicy yeasty overtones; creamy texture, sustainable carbonation. Rather light and refreshing for the style, highly drinkable, maybe a tad too sweet - very nice.

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a firm and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately yeasty, cara-malty aroma with notes of overripe fruits, including apricots and banana, backed by shades of herbal hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter-tart flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. A tad slim cara-malty and wheaty base with fruity notes of banana and apricots, mildly phenolic and hoppy spice stays in the background; sweet juicy fruity finish with a bit of clovy spice. Rather mediocre. 22.XII.14
