Clear deep brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, good roast first, some dark chocolate, then coconut notes, some caramel, sweet impression, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots and lots of coconut up front, soft roast, some caramel, chocolate, a bit sweet, vanilla notes. Aftertaste: nice, lots of coconut, good stuff, a bit sourish, a little watery and thin maybe, but still a nice beer, I like it!

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice and juicy, tropical fruits, a bit of lime and pineapple. Not getting any coconut? MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, lots of pineapple juice, a little bitter, lots of fresh pineapple flesh, refreshing sourness. Aftertaste: bitter notes, juicy, lots of pineapple, lemony, tropical fruits, good! But where’s my damn coconut??

Clear (?) brown, thin, tan head. Aroma of ground hazelnut, chestnut, pomegrenate, pear, vague cinnamon, redcurrant. Taste has sweetish pear, red apple, sourish berry even in a caramelly, biscuity & nutty malt body. Herbal hoppy finish with toasted hazelnut & more red fruits. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very oddly done, I honestly don't know what to think of it.

Clear golden, thinning, white head. Aroma of unripe pear, apple peel, wheat, green banana, wet pepper, clove, herbs, vague chamomile. Taste has sweetish unripe pear, peach & apple in a bread-malty, yeasty body along spicy & herbal notes. Grassy & peppery hoppy finish (the horseradish I presume), lingering unripe fruit, clove & spices. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Okay Saison, expected it to be more intense (even though I don't like horseradish!).
