Bottle at the JimGreen tasting, Den Haag, December 2017. Poured a hazy orange amber with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is yeast, biscuit dough, light fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp fresh tart citrus, dry vinous palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared at Jim’s back tasting. Hazy dark pink with off white head. Light white wine, soft blue and black berries, soft spicy yeast, sweet malts, grass, red grapes. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Sampled from bottle at jim is back xmas tasting. Hazy reddish amber. Sour grain, raspberry, sweet grain, slight mold, icelandic moss. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and quite some carbonation.

Pour is a hazy copper with almost no head at all. Aroma is sweet caramel malt a ok hop and some butterscotch. Flavor is malt, some sweet spruce and not much else. Looking at the other ratings I am sure I got a bad bottle. It is just flat and lifeless and very sweet with no standout hop. I’ll probably never get to try this beer again so it is what it is.

Draft at Brawleys. Hazy golden color, dense white head with good retention. Aroma of overripe summer fruit. Taste is very softly sour fruit. Easy drinking.

Draft at Salud’s 5th Anniversary Party, congrats! Cloudy yellow color, small white head. Herbal aroma, subtle citrus, subtle pine. Taste is resiny, herbal straw. Tasty and interesting. I like the low abv, but way to high to be a kvass.
