Mineral and orange with earth and chalk. Galaxy is not over dry. No spruce or scorched earth.
Juicy, spicy, not herbal. White wine and mineral for days. Touch of pine like bitterness with juicy mango rinds and soft, rich, well-attenuated malts.

16 ounce can thank you TJ! Aroma is passion fruit, peach, bready malt. Flavor follows with a ton of juicy passionfruit, peach. 🍑 Drinks lighter than the 8.7%. Real nice.

Can (7/20/25) from trade with Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Opaque, bright yellow, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong candied citrus, lighter herb, pineapple rind, hints of coconut (weirdly), melon and berry. Taste is strong tropical fruit and citrus, mild pineapple rind and hints of berry. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, no sign of alcohol, dry finish, with yeast and mild bitterness. Very nice!

This is a classic Monkish. Dank, grassy, earthy. Fantastic. Especially for a single. Has that hop burn.
