On tap at the source. Pours with a hazed amber brown hued body with a large and retentive off-white head (creamy texture). Aromas are hoppy, grainy, biscuity, spicy, light citrus, very low roast. Low on esters for a belgian yeast. Flavors are malty, toasty, bready, light citrus hop character. Low spice. Very clean yeast presence all things considered. Medium carbonation.

On tap. Pours with a hazy, peachy hued body with a lasting white head with good lace and retention. Aromas of prickly pear, sort of watermelon like, tropical fruit. Some ester but relatively clean, some alcohol as well on the nose. Flavors are noticeably tart and quenching. Watermelon, prickly pear, medium acidity, very low alcohol heat, some minerallity. Lively carbonation, very dry finish, lingering fruity prickly pear. Very drinkable, the alcohol is unbelievably well hidden.

On tap at Beachwood and later at the brewery. Pours with a crystal clear, reddish tinted body with a white head. Aromas are floral, grainy, bready and estery. Peppery, strong chamomile, rose water, low phenols. Flavors are just south of overpowering chamomile tea (which I like, so it isnβt an issue), bready, malty, low phenol, moderate ester. Lots of tea like qualities. Light tartness. Lively bubbles, dry. Good, but the spices are a touch strong.
