Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to purple in color with a quickly dissipating foamy head that didn't leave any lace
Aroma: dark fruits, sweet and tart notes of cherries, light Belgian spices, caramel/toffee malts, sugared plums, some woody tones
Flavor: semi-sweet with mild spices arising to blend; finishes semi-Belgian spicy with cherries and malts
Texture: medium bodied, surely a sipper; somewhat smooth but also some of that "back-of-the-throat" grip (there's a Belgian beer in here, I swear)
Overall: you know I really liked this beer despite it being slightly muddled through trying to find all the Belgian quad with this. It's a well worthy pour and would have it again if I could get it.

Bottle to chalice.
Appearance: pale bronzed orange color with a quickly dissipating little white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: some Belgian yeasty spices, light grassy hops, Belgiany sugars but seems subtly like candied fruits - maybe pears or apples; light bananas, smooth malts down in there
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a semi-spicy to Belgian sort of sweet character; finishes fairly sugary and Belgian yeasty
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: Belgian tripel? Hmmm, maybe closer to one of those Belgian golden strong ales perhaps. This isn't a bad attempt at a tripel and probably better than a lot of other American brewers at the style. I could come back to this.

Bottle at share. Dark amber pour with an off-white foamy head. Aroma is boozy, pumpkin, malty. Taste focuses on the pumpkin flavors ( no pumpkin spice here!). earthy, sweet, rounded out by a healthy warm glow.

Clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is cloves, rose, pine sap, and caramel. Sweet and sugary, with a funky and rough bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and hot. Strange and unpleasant.

Golden with a medium sized foamy white head. Yeasty, tangy, fruity and perfumey. Medium finish and body.

Taster at the COS location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The aroma is juniper, lavender, strawberry, and straw. Sweet and malty, with a fair, resinous bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and sharp. Pretty nice.
