Bottle from Beer Sapiens, Murcia. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, smoke, caramel, licorice, hops, vanilla, wood and has a sweet smoky finish. Quite odd beer.

330ml bottle bought at El Rincon del Catador. Creamy white tophead, spotty lacing, hazy orange coloured body. Promising on the nose with dusty hops and citrus fruits. Rather succulent fruity flavours, orange to the fore on a backbone of pale malts. A piney note to a semi dry ending. Nice. 330ml bottle as Althaia Mediterranean Weissebier, bought at El Rincon del Catador. Late straw coloured body with a wheat haze, spotty lacing from a low white head. Quite inviting aromas of grassy hops, wheat and a citric note. Similar taste of citric wheat, lightly spiced. Wheat fruity finish. Refreshing weissbier version. 330ml bottle bought at El Rincon del Catador. Shared with Esben. Creamy, white tophead leaving spotty lacing on the glass, hazy orange coloured body. Moderate aromas of soft malts and herbal hops. Malt-fruity taste, hints of dusty noble hops and a touch of malty sweetness. Distant bittersweet end. Easy to drink. Fair enough. (Apartment, La Vila Joiosa, 09.02.2024).

Servida en copa pilsen, sobrecarbonatada, practicamente reventó al abrirla formando un geiser de espuma. En la copa el color es amarillo dorado, turbia, corona de espuma abundante que se conserva largo rato. Aroma a pan, cereal, punto cítrico, malta, algo de lúpulo...no esta nada mal para una helles. En boca la encuentro bastante atractiva, cuerpo ligero pero con cierta textura, cítrica, notas de cereal, malta y pan y un agradable y nada invasivo amargor de lúpulo floral. Muy agradable, mejor de lo que yo esperaba, perfecta para repetir, lástima de la sobrecarbonatación en el momento de abrirla, porque esta cervecita no está nada mal, perfecta para acompañar una tapita de ensaladilla rusa.

Ambar anaranjada, de espuma no muy abundante y nada duradera. Intenso aroma lupulado, bastante frutal donde sobresale el melocotón y el mango. También notas más resinosas. Muy suave en boca, de cuerpo moderado, algo oleosa, bien de gas. Amargor de moderado a intenso según avanza el trago. Muy buen sabor, potenciando todo lo que anunciaba en el aroma (intenso melocotón y mango) junto con alguna nota herbal e incluso de dulce malta acaramelada. Muy sabrosa. Muy notable.

Marrón opaca. Escasa espuma ocre. Rico aroma a malta, whisky. Super cremosa en boca, muy suave y con intenso sabor malteado, bastante licórico, y con notas de chocolate, madera y whisky. Excelente.
