Bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Straw coloured yellow, mid sized white head, herbal nose. Full-bodied, not too sweet with the high alcohol content very well hidden, and a touch of Marzipane. Certainly good, but too strong to really enjoy, imho.

0.75l bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Pale Golden yellow, tall white head. Herbal hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, shy grainy malty, with herbal and slightly citrus hops.

Bottle at home picked up from Craft beer shop in Bayonne. Amostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a decent off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, bready malts, rye, stale, green fennel, stewed veg. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, green liquorice, grassy hop, stewed veg, light savory, light floral notes. Palate is semi sweet, nutty, moderate carbonation, little oily. meh.

Bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy pale yellow, rather small and quickly disappearing white head. Wheaty with a pleasant spicy touch, hints of citrus fruit/peel and coriander. Smooth palate.
Wässrig, stark karbonisiert, Säure angenehm, Bitterkeit prägnant

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is some carrots, pepper, mild fruity hops. Taste is the same, solid balance, some hops. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Better than expected.

Flasche. Bräunlicher trüber Körper mit einer dünnen Schicht Schaum. Aroma: Karamell, Zitrone, etwas muffig. Geschmack: wenig Geschmack im Antrunk, mittel süß, etwas verstecktes Karamell, säuerlich, etwas künstlich. Nicht bitter. Leider kein gutes Bier.
