Detrás de este nombre estamos Javi, David, Carlos y Turi, (los cuatro jinetes del abirralipsis) y otros muchos que nos ayudan y apoyan.El cómo pasamos de ser homebrewers a lanzarnos a la calle es culpa de Javi, que decide ir un paso más allá y hacer de esto un modo de vida, viendo que lo hecho hasta ese momento va gustando y pensando en que se puede vivir de algo que te gusta, y hacerlo siguiendo unas formas que den aún mayor satisfacción.
Esta idea cuaja en los otros y después de unos meses de papeleos, búsqueda de nave, etc., termina por hacerse realidad, y nos instalamos en Barañain, desde donde buscamos seguir disfrutando de buenas cervezas y buena música, elaborando birras de forma artesanal, lejos de los modos de las grandes compañías, y desde el respeto máximo a nuestro planeta, que es el único que tenemos.

Brown color, off white head with medium retention. Aroma has notes of light toasted malts, some hoppy hints. Flabor with a light bitterness, some fruitness, mainly orange zest. Slightly bitterness in the final, light toasty.

Dark brown color, beige head that quickly dissapears. Aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, some molasses. Flavor is slightly sweet, moderate presence of Belgian yeast, caramelish, alcoholic presence. Moderate and mild caramelish final.

0,33l from bottle at Mala Gissona Beer House, Donostia. Bottled 18.02.2016. black color, small coffee colored head. smells peppery, veggies, whisky, leathery some peat. decent smell. Full body, almost no carbonation, rather light mouthfeel. tastes rubbery, peat, licorice, bit earthy, peppery. finishes lightly rusty bitter with notes of peat, rubber and some earthy notes. just ok, not a big fan of this.

Cloudy dark orange color, almost brown, off-white head with good lacework. Aroma has notes of resins, some caramel and orange zest. Flavor with a strong bitterness, alcoholic sensation, resins are higly present. Smooth final with good bitterness on palate.

Amber color, off-white head with good retention. Aroma has resin hops with notes of orange peel. Good bitterness in the mouth, notes of resins, orange and slightly peach. Nice bitterness in the final.
