Small beige head. Clear reddish brown body. Earthy mouldy compost (?!?) aroma with fruity notes. Dry-sweet smoky earthy rye crisp bread taste with dark chocolate notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish fruity perfumy earth aftertaste with peachy wooden cinnamon notes. Interesting, but most of all weird. (0.4l draft at brewpub.)

On tap at Crowbar. Clear deep golden to amber with a small white head. Medium fruity aroma with peaches, malt, mild citrus and notes of other fruits and some caramel. Quite well balanced, but I would prefer slightly less malt and more hops. Fairly sweet with moderate fruity, almost candy like flavours and a fairly mild bitterness. Tasty and easy to drink, but I liked #3 much more. This one was nice, but slightly boring.

On tap at Crowbar. Deep amber with a minimal off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, grapefruit and hints of herbs, dried fruits other fruits. Hoppy Vienna style with caramel and hops fighting for domination. Sweet, but quite balanced. Finishes with a citrusy bitterness. Nice and easy to drink.

500ml draught at the brewpub, fine partner with the freshly made kebab. Crystal clear amber body, bubbly head, good lacing. Smoked malty nose, semi-sweet. Bit of cocoa powder flavours, nicely smoked, leading to a rather sharp, malt bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pleasing (Oslo 02.09.2013).

Small offwhite head. Muddy yellow body. Lemony tropical fruit aroma with orangey notes. Dry orangey resiny taste with mealy herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, powdery mouthfeel. Dry resiny orangey aftertaste with salty spicy notes. It’s pretty simple, but very fresh, vivid, and clear. A really nice beer. A little more filtering would do no harm, though.
