On tap @ IBF marzo 2016. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini con carbonazione media ha una discreta resistenza e come ricordo resta il pizzo finale sul bicchiere. L’aspetto del liquido è opalescente. La frizzantezza è presidiata da bollicine fini, con carbonazione vivace. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l’aroma ha i sentori di miele, pane, cereali, resina e agrumi.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Orangée, col fin blanc. Arôme est fruité tropical, léger houblonné modéré Palais est malté, léger, fruité discret tirant sur un tropical qui reste pour le moins trop discret. Le malt vient balancer le tout sans pour cela amener la bière sur une autre dimension gustative. Amertume reste discrète avec une petite note résineuse de Simcoe. ok, mais sans plus.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Told by the rewer this was a Kolsch style. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet centré sur une levure plus US, BW-05 yeast, pas vraiment allemand dans l’approche, bouquet houblonné assez faiblard avec une petite note fruitée. Palais est malté, pointe Vienna? fruité léger, fleuri avec un petit herbacé rappelant la fleur d’orangée. Le tout garde un caractère un peu ’off’ en fin de bouche.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Dorée, col fin blanc disparaissant vite. Arôme est houblonné, fruité et tropical. Palais garde un profil de blanche sans épice mais avec une bonne dose e houblons Citra et Saphir. Belle effervescence, assez fraiche, le côté Citra est agréable, fini sec, malté pâle et blé.

Clean amber color with creamy head. Malt aroma, sweet, with some fruit jam. Smooth, with soft carbonation ; sweetish malt and toffee flavor, with good bitterness level and good fruity hops, apricot jam; somehow more resiny in the final.

Cloudy blond color with compact generous head. Spicy yeast aroma; intense , nice. Lean and dry mouthfeel; evident yeast spiciness, not too strong, but lightly astringent; correct bitterness; the hopping is a bit citrusy, pleasant.
