bottle courtesy of and shared with Nisse666. Great to have tried a Swedish version of a bière de table or kvass. Brune foncée-claire, col moyen beige. Arôme malté, caramel restant assez douce avec un fin ajout houblonné. Palais est malté, sucre résiduel, caramel et un fruité noir modéré. Rappel un peu ce côté bière de table et kvass voire sassafras.

Thanks to Nisse666. Sampled on June 8, 2013.Dark brown color, small tan head. Sweet, ash scent. Sweet, lactose, sackarin, sugary taste. Thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Big plastic bottle (2,5l) many thx to Berith that brought this to the Brewery and then from Örebro all the way to Göteborg;) Will use the rest of the two bottles to make Dunder Glögg... AR: roasted malt, melas, soap AP: brownish, wee deminishing caramel brown colored head F: wee soft carbonatin, roasted malt, melas, Cuba Cola, viola, not that sugary feeling then other svagdricka that I have had the oppertunity to try. This is a bit more grown up stuff

Bottled. Dark nut brown, minimal head. Lightly malty with a touch of black currant. Light bodied withrounded mouthfeel. No bitterness. Not as flavourful as Hjo’s svagdricka, but still a well made refreshing brew.
