From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown to black with a small, creamy and lacing head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and dry breadish. Bitter, dark malty and slight liqourice note. Smooth toasted and dark breadish finish.

I ate a springbok once, in South Africa. I still have its pelt. Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, thick white head. Aroma. Of peppery rye bread. Taste starts as sweet caramel then spiced and bitter brown bread. Light body. Not bad, but a bit light.

Draft at the source. Bright clear golden yellow, white edge head. Aroma of chocolate covered raspberries dipped in coffee. Taste is creamy dark chocolate with a coffee finish. Staff described this one as a "pale porter," and I can see why. Very creative.
