Sampled on cask at the brewpub this beer poured a reddish-amber color with a medium sized foamy beige head that faded and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet with tropical fruits, pineapple and sugar. The flavor was toasted caramel, pineapple, apricot, raisin, a boozy presence that worked well, toasty malts and was very sweet. Very long finish of pineapple and booze. Full bodied. Outstanding!

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a large creamy white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweetish and yeasty with a bit of dough and phenol. The flavor was crisp and dryish with yeast and a hint of citrus. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a large foamy dark tan head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was dryish with coffee, wood and smoke. The flavor was semi dry with wood, brewed coffee, a bit of roasty malts, cream and a hint of smoke. Long finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Fairly well made but not my style.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a murky yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty, musty and a bit bready. The flavor was bread, honey, yeast and faint notes of orange, phenol and must. Banana comes out as it warms. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
