From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown, almost black with a small tan and creamy head. Dark roasted malty and light liqourice. Dark malty flavoured, liqourice and dark roasted. Lingering dark malty into the far finish.

On tap at Stone’s Sourfest. Pours with a hazed, reddish hued brown body with a lasting, just off-white head. Aromas of cherries, red wine, vinegar, leather, earthy, light soil. Flavors are a touch vegital, black cherries, red wine, light chlorophenols, juicy and lightly funky. Medium bubbles and dry with a tannic finish.
