Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours very dark ruddy brown with a slight creamy tan head. Aromas of chocolate and dark caramel. Near full bodied. Flavor is dark charred toffee with some chocolate and a hint of coffee. Drinks nicely.

A deep dark stout with a thick dark brown head. In aroma, a smooth herbal coffee, with light chocolate and brine. In mouth, a dry powdered chocolate with coffee grinds, molasses, smooth alcohol, not bad. Tasted Oct. 21 2011 with GRM and Boutip.

Bottle from Guerde. Pours light cherry red with a pinkish head. Light cherry aroma. Definitely earth/sour lambic impact, and there’s a light amount of cherry. Finishes a little woody and sour.

On tap at Barcade, Brooklyn, New York, NY. A black coloured pour with a small beige head on top. Malty, caramel aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, coffee, chocolate. Smooth and surprisingly easy to drink. Good stuff.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with one inch white head. Medium lacing, medium/thin body, and medium carbonation. Taste is banana (slightly sour), some clove and some lemon.

Sampled from a 16 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark copper color with a large soapy orange-cream head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was moderate fruity and piney hops. The flavor was bitter with an intense resiny presence, moderate notes of grapefruit and lemongrass, fairly strong caramel and faint bread. The finish was long and bitter with lingering pine, grapefruit and lemon. Somewhat dry. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

500ml bottle. Hazy, unfiltered yellow-tan. Thin, creamy, steady white head. Harsh, garbage aroma. Butter, putrid sourness. Holy crap this beer is infected and disgusting. This might be the last beer I ever buy from them..this is god awful. Like a beer from a bad Ukranian brewery, this one tastes radioactive and supremely off. Cheap and easily accessible but absolutely disgusting. Only the most hardcore tickers shouldnt avoid this offensive swill.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours black with small dark brown highlights. Pretty good lacing, medium body, and thick smooth texture. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, and light hops in the finish.
