Bottled@AIH128. Drank in 2020, BBE on bottle 2024. Congratulations once again to Norwegian breweries for putting insanely stupid BBE dates (though a Baltic Porter actually has the potential of suriving). Brown colour, huge beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, cooked vegetables, mild tart wooden tones with some slight chocolaty tones. Flavour is coffee, spices, some tartness and mild chocolaty tones too.

Delt med A-L. Mørk gylden. Middels høyt skum som daler sakte. Litt uklar. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken karamell & tørket frukt. Forsvinnende lite bitterhet. Passet fint til pinnekjøtt.

To me it just felt like a normal dark mild bock beer Very gentle spiced. Kveik…hmmmm well it had some fruity notes Clear deep brown pour and a fine head. Moderate intensity in the aroma Balanced sweetness and bitterness Caramel malty, herbal and fruity flavcr This was the 2022 version. No description of any spices added So maybe a new version [Can from LocalPokal in Halden, Norway]
