Bottle. An almost clear auburn colored beer with a finger-thick dark beige head. Oak, dark chocolate, hints of roasted malts, a good dash of dark dried fruit and some vague licorice notes in the aroma. It's full-bodied and lightly warming, very smooth on the palate. The flavor has some burnt and roasted malts, with hints of alcohol and dark dried fruits. Coffee, dark chocolate, booze, hints of licorice and some spiced hints. Medium length finish. YG 160222. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is soy sauce, wood, alcohol, caramel. Flavor is soy sauce, wood, alcohol, caramel, toffee, sugar, roasted malt, cocoa, bread, raisin. Nice beer.

Can. A more or less black one, topped by a dense tan head of moderate size. The aroma is quite intense, with alcohol and booze, heavy caramel sauce, toffee, brown sugar, some roasted malts and a touch of coffee in the flavor. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, smooth and softly carbonated, with a good dash of sweetness. Caramel sauce, dark chocolate, brown sugar and some booze in the flavor. Cocoa hints and a touch of booze soaked raisins. Lasting finish. Quite nice this one. 220216

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.0%. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma of roast malts, dark chocolate, mild coffee, liquorice and star anise, a hint of smoke. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also a hint of honey, moderate bittering hops. Quite enjoyable.

Fiskåbanen KG 311021. Red brown color with a tan head. Aroma is vinegar, yeast, wood, toffee, alcohol. Flavor is vinegar, yeast, wood, toffee, alcohol, dried fruit, funk, berries. Very nice beer.

Tap @ Lervig Local. Almost clerar, amber body under a small tan head that fades quickly. Strong aroma of dry fruit, bread, toffee, and a bit sharp alcohol. Taste is malt, toffee, bread, dry fruit, moderate bitterness and rather pleasant alcohol, the alcohol is kinda sharp but to hot, like some kind of distinct sharp but not too bold. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste in the same direction.

Bottle shared with IH 05.08.21. Dark brown copper. Fairly persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma and taste of cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants, cherry stones, brett and medium dark malt. High carbonation.
