Bottle at Tapp & Kork, Molde. Dark brownish/amber with a large tan head. A bit sweet with roasted malt, caramel, licorice, hints of spices and light smoke. The body was medium.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Dissipating espresso head, deep near-black body, clingy lacing. Prominent black malty nose with liquorice up front. Vanilla sweet liquorice to the taste profile together with moments of nuts and coffee, and dried fruits toward the ending. Rounded mouthfeel. Pretty nice, slightly unvaried with the strong liquorice impact. (Tromsø 17.05.2018).

500ml bottle, Batch #067, bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord. Huge beige head, rustic shade to an opaque dark coloured body. Fair lacing. Inviting chocolate and star anise to the nose, a touch of leafy hops. Malt-driven flavours of honey, anise and chocolate added by a dry bitter touch towards a lingering ending. Well bodied and well crafted. Like it. (Bodø Panorama 22.03.2018).

500ml bottle, Batch #094, from Vinmonopolet City Nord. Deep golden-brown body, cloudy last pour. Off-white head remaining while leading clingy lacing on the glass. Quite inviting smell of herbs, earth, dust and a bit of farmyard. Comprehensive taste profile of oak, caramel, herbs and red berries. Vinous endnotes. Fine depth. Different and interesting. 0,5 flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme: uklar korngylden med flott skum som varer. Nydelig aroma med tonnevis av mandariner/clemetiner/søte appelsiner. Smaken likeså, og med en solid maltkropp som bærer all denne citrusen uanstrengt, slik at den ikke havner i NEIPA/frokostjuicesegmentet. "En hyllest til den sommerlige skjærgården i Indre Oslofjord" står det på etiketten, men også særdeles velegnet foran peisen når det er minus 8C ute og man lengter etter sol og sommer.

Helt svart med brunt skum. Lukter av kaffe, vanilje. Fyldig. Meget søt, kjenner godt alkoholen også. søtlig, "varm avslutning. God.

Bottle. Has a hazy orange brown colour with a beige head. Pretty hoppy aroma of pine, grapefruit, grass and some sulfur. The flavour is also very hoppy with pine, grass and grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and medium bitterness. Hoppy and okay.
