Flaske (batch 006) fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme-alene-fest på første lørdag i påskeferien: lett uklar, dyp oransjegylden med højt, fluffy skum som ikke gir seg - tyder på en smule overkarbonering. Og det merkes, det tar tid før aroma og smak kommer helt til sin rett. Godt at jeg er et tålmodig menneske! Men så blir jeg da belønnet med citrus, fersk furunål og gress i en ganske bærsaftig kombo.Gode greier dette, og det "in a crowded field".

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, strawberries and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, caramel and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Fra flaske på M2 Cardinal, skuddårsaften: lett uklar gylden med tett hvitt skum som varer. Litt citrus og furunål i aromaen (de kunne gjerne brukt mer aromahumle). Myk, ganske saftig smak med appelsin og litt furunål. Myk bitterhet i ettersmaken. Humlen skal visstnok være Citra, men jeg synes de har vært sparsommelige med den.

Bottle. A hazy golden-orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has a good dash of oranges, with pine cones and citrus peel. Not much malts. There’s a faint yeast touch in the flavor, a good bitterness and orangey, piney hops. Some pale malts. It’s full bodied and a bit heavy on the carbonation, dry. Long piney and bitter finish with a light malty touch. A decent beer, but nothing special going on. 160221

Golden with a white head - Hoppy aroma with hints of fruits and herbs - Malt body with hops that has a herbla tone to it -The hops goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was nice

330 ml bottle. Unclear golden orange body with a big, stable, fluffy and lacing white head. Nice, strong citric aroma with grapefruit and fresh berries together with caramel malt. Flavor is relatively sweet caramel malt and some dry fruit in a fine balance with solid bitterness and lots of fruit like aroma. Quite fruity actually and some citric zest bitterness as well. Fine balanced body and a long lasting bitter aftertaste. A solid IPA with a good malt base. Highly enjoyable.
