January 2019: Nice aroma of spicy yeast and herbal / spicy hops, also notes of spruce. Fairly dry and refreshing flavour, with the same elements. Okay.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Murky yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of yellow plums, citrus and flowers. Hints of plums in the flavour too, also hints of bitter Seville oranges and grapefruit, very bitter and nearly medicinal hops in the dry finish.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy brown colour, large off-white head. Aroma of brown malts, caramel and brown bread. Flavour with the same elements, roast malts and distinct bittering hops in the dry finish. Rich mouthfeel.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Aroma and flavour of malts (some of it lightly roasted), brown bread, burnt breadcrumbs, caramel and herbal hops. Fairly dry and bitter for the style.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy dark brown colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, brown bread, roasted nuts and caramel. Flavour with the same elements, not too sweet, with a slight bitterness (more roasty than hoppy) in the dry finish.
