Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak piney hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Pale golden, light blurry in the glass and it has a nice medium sized white top. Not any extreme activities going on on the aroma, but it's light fruity, some hay tones, a little bit of berries and traces of thin watered down lemonade. It's about average on the carbonation and thin oily on the mouthfeel. Really easy to drink this. Only watery hints of grapefruit and melon. I actually like it for what it is. A non extreme steam beer. 03.05.2013

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A massive head! And, a light blurry golden body. Takes a while for the head to settle. It's light yeast fruity on the nose, I get lemonade references here. A bit thin perhaps? Don't know. It's quite tasty though, but perhaps a bit on the sweet side? Light Belgian flavors here, some yeast, light candied sugar - lots of it, and a little bit of grass. It's really fruity as well with a hint of lime on the finish. Lacked a bit pinchy punch in the aroma perhaps, but solid on the taste. 04.05.2013

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. This is a deep dark champagne soda looking one, a bit blurry in the glass and it had a lacing off-white top (that's all gone now). The aroma is not to ipa-is at first. Almost nutty in a way with traces of grass, zest and melon. A nice sweetness in this balanced by a good bitterness. The red kind of bitterness. Light berries and grass, that's ending in a quite dry mouth aftertaste in the swallow. Easy to drink, nothing to special but still nice. 03.05.2013

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Ts deep blurry dark deep amber in color and it has a small islandy and sidesticking off-white top. The nose is not all that spectacular, meaning not bad at all, bit perhaps a bit mellow? Some fruity sweetness, melon, a trace of yeast and zest. Red berries also, bit not to memorable. Nice flavors though, but also here a bit mellow. A bit thin on the mouthfeel with a nice small prickling average carbonation level. Red berries and melon sums it up nicely. A soft bitterness comes shining through in the finish and aftertaste. Fair enough. 03.05.2013

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Deep dark brow almost black in the glass with a heavy lacing medium sized light brown top. The nose is light cardboardish, thin chocolate ice cream, coffee and roasted malts. Nice gentle and smooth flavors. Feel really integrated and packed together. Chocolate, some cocoa, light roasted with some sweetness and even traces of licorice. Ends with a dry tongue. Tasty. 04.05.2013

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours clear, light amber with a fine, creamy cap. Light toasty malt nose, hints of pine. Light to medium sweet flavor with some bread and clean hops. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, some further toasty bread, light piney bitterness. Decent stuff.

Bottle, 10C. Cloudy burnt orange with a large white head that lasts very well - still 2/3 inch after 500ml. Aroma is bready but vibrant with cloves, pepper, passionfruit, bubblegum, (thankfully for me) only a little banana. Medium bodied, quite high carbonation. Bready and chocolatey sweetness at first, then there’s a switchback-like turn towards tropical fruit, prickly spices (as mentioned, also menthol), resin and a bitter finish that has a wheaty tang that keeps it pretty much all together. Maybe the bitterness is a little high, but rambunctious and fun. [3.8] Growler from Dan’s Prahran. Don’t know how this is travelling in the bottle, but this is not so good. Seems to have thinned out, not really bready at all. Fruit seems to have all but disappeared. All that’s really left is brown sugary and bubblegum sweetness, plain bitterness and lots of cloves. Would be around 3ish, but leaving the score for what it was.
