En mycket maltsöt doft med kola, knäck och övermogen söt frukt. Smaken är betydligt torrare och kroppen känns närmast tunn i förhållande till den massiv maltdoften. Lite torr beska gör också att ölet blir lite astringent.

Gräddvitt skum dubbelfingertjockt. Första sniffen belönas med massvis med citrusarom. Omväxlande med avsaknad av granbarr och kåda, vilket är så vanligt i de amerikanska kusinerna. Doften avrundas med en försiktig maltsötma samt svag alkoholdoft. Kraftig beska som sakta klingar av. Temperaturkinkig IPA. Lite för kall framträder en intetsägande beska som klingar av rekordsnabbt. Rätt serverad ligger en angenäm beska kvar. Som sagt roligt med lite annan IPA än den amerikanska.

33 cl bottle, thanks to Ungstrup. Pours hazy amber to brown with a huge off white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malty and light citrusy. Bitter, toasted malty. Malty and light breadish and crisp. High carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head, seems over carbonated. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and dusty hops, leading to a dry finish.

640ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Grapefruit, mango, toffee and dried apricot in the aroma. Tangy, hoppy, fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of grapefruit, pine, raisins, peach and toffee. The finish is bitter, fruity and has a lingering sweetness. This beer has a lot of body for its strength. Enjoyable stuff.

Bottle, 10C. Black with an inch of pale beige head that fades to a coat. Aroma of nectarines, orange blossoms, mocha, pineapple. Bittersweet and very choc-orangey. Little sweetness. Silky mouthfeel, alive with moderate carbonation. Firm bur unobtrusive bitterness. Earthy cocoa note, suggestion of roasted barley. Another good BIPA (!) from the Goaters - lovely texture as ever, perhaps slightly less interesting but more harmonious than the Thorny Goat.

Bomber-ish bought @ Systembolaget. Pours slightly hazy deep reddish golden with a big frothy grayish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a thick sticky trace on the glass. Smell is slightly sweet, fruity and hoppy with soap, passion fruit, pineapple, tree sap, mango, earl gray tea, grapefruit juice, green grapes, lemon peal, orange marmalade, dried apricots, nectarines, sawdust, resinous wood and orange peal. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, fruity with grapefruit juice, passion fruit, mango, soap, resinous wood, crackers, tree sap, orange peal, grapefruit peal, crackers, freshly cut grass, moist wood and hints of moist soil. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny watery, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with grapefruit juice, grapefruit peal, straw, tree sap, resinous wood and moist soil. Quite nice...
