Draft: Nearly black with a small tan head. Dark fruit, bourbon, woody aroma. Taste is wooody-tart, barrel, caramel malt. Thick feel....pretty nice.... Hands down one of the most unsettlingly named beers, ever.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Hazed amber orange with a moderate white head. Nose is tarte fruit, wood, straw, tangy citric rinds, spice, red berry fruit. Taste comprises tangy fruit, funk blanket, light spice, straw, balsa wood, bitter orange, red berry pang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Tap @ CBC. Hazy amber with tiny head. Aroma is malt, caramel, baking yeast and sour fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, sour fruit, baking yeast, little sour and sweet.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As The Sour Note Sour Red Ale ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, orange - citrus, fruity, berries - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, citrus, orange, berries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Draft. Wood, cherry, toffee malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sweet tart dry cherry and toffee malt flavor. Dry hay finish. Very nice.

Draft. Fresh cherry juice, caramel malt, and straw aroma. Amber with small head. Sweet-tart red cherry malt and dry grass flavor. Nice balance of flavors. Very pleasant.

Draft. Sour-salty blackberry and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-pink with minimal head. Salty sweet blackberry and wheat malt flavor. Lightly bitter hay flavor. Solid.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 2nd session. Hazy amber. Aroma of caramel, coriander, fruitiness and a sourish touch. Sourish flavor, fruity, with a bit of caramel, coriander, and a salty finish. Medium-bodied.
