Bottle - brought home by my cousin from brewery. Very complex sour - lots of different notes and spices. Overly complicated in my opinion, but certainly unique.

New Region: 97. Not far to 100. 750ml bottle. Piwo ma srednia ma spora metnosc, srednia piane malo trwala, Z lekka kwasowoscia i dzikoscia w tle, ze slodowoscia rowniez. Ogolne smacznie i wytrawnie, pasowalo po piersi kurczaka z ziemniakami irga. Aromat zlozony od gruszek po kwasne jablka i zapach otrebow owsianych. Ale i tak berlinskie piwa pszeniczne sa bardziej kwasne.

Orange, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with minimal head. Mildly sweet orange, wheat malt, moderately sour lactic acid, and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Okay body.

Wood, lemon, biscuit malt,and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, moderately sour vinegar and citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Pleasant.
