New Region: 97. Not far to 100. 750ml bottle. Piwo ma srednia ma spora metnosc, srednia piane malo trwala, Z lekka kwasowoscia i dzikoscia w tle, ze slodowoscia rowniez. Ogolne smacznie i wytrawnie, pasowalo po piersi kurczaka z ziemniakami irga. Aromat zlozony od gruszek po kwasne jablka i zapach otrebow owsianych. Ale i tak berlinskie piwa pszeniczne sa bardziej kwasne.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, soda powder, sour grapes juice, unripe berries, fruit stones, hay, leafs, hints of citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, hay, fruit stones, unripe berries, grass, fruit stones, citrus peel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice and clean berlinerweisse, easy drinking.

Draft. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of bready citrus. Taste is tart lemon, raw bread dough. Refreshing.

Fonefan 110415. Yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, citrus, lemon. Flavour is sourness, citrus, lemon, yeast, grass. Nice beer.

Bottle 750ml. [ As The Sour Note Berliner Weisse ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, citrus - fruity, sulfur notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, citrus, baking yeast, fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150411]

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a thin, white head. Sour aroma with lactic notes, wheat malts and lemons. Taste is sour. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and lactic.

Bottle@Yespr’s - cloudy yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sour fruity, grassy and hoppy and wheat, lots of floral and herbal nuances in the house, dry and refreshing.
