Servida envaso shaker, color oro blanquecido, muy turbia,espuma blanca cremosa bien conservaba. Aroma muy atractivo fruta tropìcal, caramelo y toque resinoso. En boca es de cuerpo medio, salpicada de notas de fruta (cantalupo, mango, mandarina, lichis...) , hierba, pino...Moderadamente amarga, ligeramente dulce, y algo ácida. Rica y agradable.

Color marrón muy oscuro, con destellos caoba, espuma beige oscuro esponjosa y persistente. Aroma torrefacto, malta tostada, chocolate negro, ciruelas pasas, café. En boca es intensa, poco carbonatada, notas de chocolate negro, cacao, malta torrefacta, café solo, final seco y amargo. No esta mal, tiene buen golpe

Catada en schnifter, color negro opaco, espuma beige cremosa de mediana conservación. Aroma a café expreso, malta torrefacta, chocolate negro. En boca el primer trago deja marcadas notas de café, cacao, cereal torrefacto, achicoria soluble, un toque lejano de regaliz negro y pan quemado. Predominan los matices amargos, tostados y ahumados, notas de pan negro y por supuesto café expresso y chocolate amargo, dulzor moderado pero presente de fondo. El final del trago es mayormente amargo y seco, y deja en el paladar ciertas notas de ceniza. Bastante buena.

Catada en tulipa, color dorado, algo apagado, turbio, y ligerísimamente cobrizo, espuma blanca de media retención. En nariz buen primer golpe de levadura belga, de esos que a mi particularmente me hacen la boca agua, notas florales, naranja, pan blanco, especias... En boca cuerpo medio a ligero, sabrosa, con buen fondo dulce y afrutado, notas de cereal, frutas de hueso maduras, piel de naranja, pan...final del trago ligeramente amargo, con un puntito mínimamente ácido y especiado (pimienta, clavo). Una cerveza muy rica, de muy fácil beber y digna de disfrutar.
