Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear straw blonde. Nose brings out fairly watered down and fermented out honey, with some straw. Flavour is a bit mineraly, with straw, light-medium honey sweetness, and a touch of alcohol. A bit mineraly and lacking depth, but it's a nice lighter one.
