Bottle picked up the government vino thingy. Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Slightly fluffy malts provide a decent sweetness. Hops are nicely judged. Good depth and good juicy citrus peel, especially orange and pink grapefruit. Touches of tangerine and fresher pink grapefruit and a pinch of sherbet. Finishes light and crispy and leaves a mild peel bitter linger. Good IPA, went down a treat and I was sad when it was gone.

33 cl tulip draft pour at The Brothers Brewery, in Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland. The pour is hazed orange golden copper with a well formed one inch off white head. The aroma is citrus hop, along with clean cereal grain malt. The taste is fresh grapefruit citrus hop, clean and bright balanced nicely with the cereal grain base. The palate is medium bodied with natural carbonation and a clean softly bitter finish. Nice IPA.

33 cl bottle at Gott restaurant in Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland. The pour is a slight haze darker copper with a one inch light tan head that is lasting. Falls with nice lace. The aroma is grassy hop and caramel malt. The taste is the caramel malt up front, followed by and dried out a bit by the grassy hop of the nose. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry, softly bitter finish. Nice.

Keg at Micro Bar - Reykjavik. Pours deep brown with a dense, lasting beige cream head. The nose holds coffee, brown bread, subtle roast. Medium sweet flavour with notes of milk chocolate and milky coffee, undertones of burnt caramel, earth. Medium bodied with velvety carbonation. Finishes with more sugary chocolate and creamy coffee, suggestions of ripe berries. Pretty sweet overall. Enjoyable.
