330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Very moderate but not unpleasant aroma, hints of malts and fruity hops. Fairly fresh and pleasant dry flavour, some fruity hops, also decent malts, some bittering hops in the finish. The best pale beer I’ve had from Voss Fellesbryggeri’s own produce so far.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. Deep golden to amber colour, hazy. Moderate white head. Moderately fruity and slightly yeasty aroma, some malts too. Fizzy mouthfeel. The fairly dry flavour is citric first, then some bready and malty notes (including some lightly roasted malts), moderate hops in the finish. I’ve had worse beers, but this one will not become a favourite of mine.

330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy straw colour, moderate white head. Moderate citric and soapy aroma. Citric flavour, with hints of coriander. Minimal hops. Very refreshing to drink, but not a really great witbier, and not very typical for the style.

On tap @ Una. This is a blurry golden colored one with a good looking quite hefty lacing bright white head on the top. It has a mild nose. A little fruit sweetness,lots of paper dryness. Strawberries, slightly artificial. Decent smelling. It has a really old and bitter weed flavor - at least at first. Way more bitterness than the body can handle cause it's a pretty thin bodied one this with a above average carbonation level. Hay dryness and it's somewhat minerallic. Really grassy tail. On tap @ Una. Looks nice with a foamy dense beige lacing head over a darker brown colored and cloudy body. Smells quite roasted and there's a good amount of both licorice and chocolate here. Salty licorice almost. Leather and hints of molasses. Not bad for a low abv beer. Doesn't taste all that bad either. Chocolate wrapper and nuts. It's thin oily in the mouth without being watery and about average on the prickling carbonation. A little papery after a while. Tones of cold coffee and burnt sugar in the tail. Fair enough.

Flaske fra Gulating Vestkanten, delt med Einar: klar lys gylden med ok hvitt skum. Litt aroma og mer smak av citrus, gress, grapefrukt og urter. Fint karbonert og bra munnfølelse, behagelig (kanskje ørlite metallisk) bitterhet. Kort ettersmak - lett å helle innpå, dog uten at den setter spor etter seg hverken i gane eller minne. En grei aperitif mens jeg lagde middag.
