Solsletta 230918. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, grass, caramel. Flavor is pine, grass, caramel,bread, fruit, malt, hop. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. A hazy golden-orange beer with a finger-thick white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, rather grassy, with a generic fruityness, some tropical fruits and touch of pale malts. It has a good bitterness in the mouth, with pine cones, resin and generic fruityness. Some bready pale malts in the back. Medium body and pleasant carbonation, quite dryish. Bitter, fruity finish. A clean one, but except for the bitterness it's a rather boring and uninteresting beer. 181028

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and fruits. Light bitter finish.

At a tasting, thanks, gushing quickly disappearing bubbly head, murky black color, aroma of dried figs, coal and a whiff of minerals, same traits in flavor but much too sweet and some plastic. Not good.

Tiny bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, fruit stones, sap, flowers, almond essence, honey, yeast, ripe banana, light malts, minerals, booze. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, weeds, harsh yeast, minerals, bark, almond essence, sap, flowers, honey, ripe banana, booze. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh boozy mouthfeel. Crap!

0,33 flaske fra helsekosten på Kvaddå, hjemme en fredagskveld okt-18: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Myk og innsmigrende aroma og fyldig smak med dessertchokolader, espresso, mørke malter og et lekkert hint av bjørnebær helt mot slutten. Rund, balansert, behagelig og farlig lettdrikkelig. Den beste til nå av de jeg har smakt fra Geiranger.
