Description
We all have a first story. It’s the one we tell to strangers, job interviewers and people we meet during the course of a day. It’s who we are, where we’re from, what we do, people we know. But our second story is all about the passion we have deep inside. It’s the things we love to do because it defines who we are.

At 2nd Story Brewing Co., our passion is the craft beer that you can witness for yourself being brewed on the second floor. It’s where our second story comes together. It’s where our stellar beer is hand-crafted and handed down.

On tap at 2nd Story, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, tart cherries, and earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with candied sugar, light esters and some floral notes. Sweet and estery. It's okay.

10 oz pour. Last chance to redeem themselves. Medium Amber, small ring of head. Mild hoppy aroma, leaning toward the astringent side. Taste weakens a bit, small hoppy bite, but not much else. Mediocre brewery with great location.

Flight at brewery. This is a pretty run of the mill porter, standard, look, aroma and taste. Roast grains with mild bitterness. Nuff said

Flight at brewery. Dull flat pour. Yeasty aRoma is pungent, a bit strong. Taste also features the yeast, a bit sweet too. Trying hard, perhaps too hard.

Flight at brewery. Clear, bright golden, small creamy head clings to the glass. Very mild hoppy aroma, light piney notes. Taste amps up the hops a bit, mellow , sticky hoppy flavor . Smooth, dries out a bit at the end
