Bottle. Ambery brown colour with a small beige foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is roasted malts, some floral and pine tones with mild wood too. flavour is sweet malts, some roasted tones with mild floral, wooden and mild pine tones. Fermented until quite dry palate, which is nice.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak floral. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some underlying sweetness. Final is average.

Can. Already a bit weird that this is called a pale ale with an abv of 6.6. The colour is also wrong: amber to copper, small head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, plum, herbal. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, malty, lots of caramel malts, a general malty, Munich malt note, lightly nutty. Only light hops, herbal. This is definitely not a pale ale, perhaps a Irish red. Okay.

Can. Pours a light yellow, small head. Aroma is hoppy, herbal, pine. Medium body. Flavour is malty and quite bitter, hoppy, lots of herbal European hops. Nice foresty note. I like this! A good strong modern IPA with European hops.
