On tap at Lucky Envelope, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney, herbal and dank hops, with some earthy qualities. Flavour is massively grassy, with herbal notes and some skunky quality. Pretty bad stuff.

On tap at Lucky Envelope, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour has diacetyl, some dry hopping and biscuity malt. Man, seriously infected. Why would they sell this? Fix the infection. Crap.

On tap at Lucky Envelope, pours a golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity esters, bubblegum and light yeast. Flavour is quite boozy, with bubblegum, and Belgian yeast. Not a disaster, but completely inauthentic and hot. Meh.

On tap at Lucky Envelope, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out diacetyl, boiled cabbage and some tropical fruit. Flavour is nasty, with boiled vegetables and diacetyl. This is totally messed up. Why would you sell this?

Its an unlager like Schwarz. Light roast and brown malts. Comes off like a clean brown rather than a Scwarz. Low hop, mild carbonation.

Sampler, its more like peanut rather than butter, which I like. Didn’t clobber u over the head. But the base stout is dull. Very dark brown, looks black. Nit sweet, which is good.

No idea what Andrew is talking about. I get surprisingly little pepper with just a hint of heat at the end. Otherwise a dull APA.6/3/6/12

Re-rate: I am just so extatic to have retried this beer. Clark knows what he talking about. What a different beer bursting with pepper flavor. And what a delightful and novel mix of peppers. The shishito peppers are so delicious while the habanero provides the heat. So much flavor and the perfect amount of heat for me. Good thing I came back. I asked why my experience the first time was so different and it was attributed to deviation in pepper quality. 8/3/8/4/17

Sampler at brewery. Well, I like that they tried to make an interesting wheat with some rye. But it tastes like your standard dull brewpub wheat. A little sweet, light hop character. Not much of interest.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a near black color with a tan fizz head. Dough, toffee and nutty ar9ma, with a close matching flavor. The peanut butter flavor is obvious, but mostly because I know it’s there. The doughy flavor is a little heavy for my liking, but didn’t ruin the beer for me. Alright beer.

Sampler. Cloudy puree pink. Standard uninteresting fruit what except the puree is natural and fairly tart.
