bottle at Les Caves on 8/17/13 - Pours an orange-gold color with a quickly fading head. The aroma is clearly dominated by ginger. The flavor is sweet though not overly so with lots of ginger. Effervescent, it’s reminiscent of ginger ale. Light bodied without being watery, it has a clean, gingery finish. Good. Refreshing.

On tap at Belmont. Pours a clear copper/orange color. The aroma is huge ginger, tropical fruit. The flavor was just massive ginger, rich and natural, some light pine driven from the ginger I think. Very mellow, no heat. Quite good. A medium sweetness certainly not cloying. Very good.

Sample at the Farmer’s Market! Pours a clear pale color. A big fruity floral nose. Medium sweetness, some slight tartness, pear, no heat, mellow slick body. The white wine yeast has dried this way out. Quite nice.
