Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color. Indeed, aroma of tropical fruits very dry mouthfeel, with some fizzy lemon, mild tropical character, moderate acidity, very light cream, maybe some macro character.
Good, easy Sour.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond colour. The aroma is very delicate, nice, yuzu, wildblossom honey. The mouthfeel is dry, mild base with wheat bread (rice), delicate yuzu is a plus, the lack of bitterness a minus.
Delicate but too weak, not bad.

Tasting at Matt's
Dark brown color with no head, when pouring it has only some fizzy bubbles. Light aroma, caramel and bourbon. Oily mouthfeel, thin body, stale caramel base, loads of bourbon, and some boozy feeling.
Kind of lame. And this is what you choose to showcase your 5th anniversary?
Go out and try some good local Imperial Stout… sorry, but when you charge 15$ for this bottle you should own it.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy golden colour with small head. The aroma is very strong, citrus fruits, detergent, gooseberry. Good body strength, moderately sour with light residual sweetness, it has a strong citrus component (pink grapefruit, lime peel), refreshing, and some vinous elements that add complexity, mild tannins in the end and a very light acetic note that doesn't distract. Bold.
Very good, pleasing Sour.

Oxford tasting, corked
Cloudy yellow color, light green hue, almost no head. Plain, well blended, sour, lemony, with light saltiness, and the mild winey touch adds a subtle layer.
Very good.

Can - Nice bright Yuzu notes. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Light grains and a nice citrus and yuzu finish. For a yuzu beer pretty decent.

Draught @ St. Augs. Amber, bright, with a thin head. On the nose, has a mild c-hop character. On the palate, light crystal malts, and a lot of piney, bitter c-hops. It's pretty chewy, even though I recognize that it's nowhere near as chewy as this type of beer got at one point (i.e. Fat Tug). Decent example, but you can see why these hops where a) as awesome as they were at the time and b) not nearly so attractive today.

Can. Opaque, yellow, no head. Looks dull and apple juicy, rather unappetizing. Dank, weedy mosaic, but also a fair bit of pineapple on the nose. Tastes about the same. Not a whole lot of malt, a light yeastiness, and overall sort of a juicy presentation. So smoking a joint while drinking pineapple juice? Something like that - it's decent but really kind of rough and unrefined.

On tap. Pours a cloudy dull amber with light head. Aromas of bandaids and stoned fruit. Flavors of tropical fruit, grapes, candied lemons and dry wehat. Nose was misleading...
