Draft - Candied lemon and a touch of grain. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured lemon and a nice bright finish. Well executed and as described.

On tap at Powell, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy citrus upfront, with subdued lactose sugars and living vanilla. Flavour is citrusy and sweet, with the lactose and vanilla hitting you immediately, while the citrus ends up being transitioned to later in the palate. Juicy, yogurty palate, with a citric finish. Fun stuff.

Tall can shared with wife. Canned on 2018-01-24. Pours a bit hazy blonde with a very weak white head. Aroma is tropical fruits hops with some slightly dirty grassy notes. Taste is similar - tropical fruits hoppy bitterness with light acidic notes. Good one, quite pleasant and easy to dring refreshing sour.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast upfront, with light oak, and some acidity. Flavour is quite complex, with oak, wild yeast, light acidity, and stone fruits. Oaky, tart and wild finish. This works well.

Hazy and light amber. Not much head. There's a bit of a woody note on the nose; it's quite earthy. Maybe a touch of brett in there. Soft, lightly fruity, pear, and a bit yeasty. Decent brew...seems more like yeasty pale ale or something anything barrelly.

Draft - Toast, wood and cherry. Deep dark brown with a small white head. Toast, wood and some soured cherry. Toast is a bit over the top, but sourness is well balanced.
