At the brewery. Light amber, thin head. Sweetish, lightly dusty, mellow saison yeastiness. Quite drinkable, touch of continental hop.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Mild hazy pale yellow with white head. Definitely getting a bit of the coriander and lemongrass with some mild citrus hops, slightly resinous and peppery on the finish. A good crossbreed.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Blond color, clean. Dry and weak. Strong flavor of paper, plastic, other yeast byproducts, ending with some astringency and chicory bitterness.
Rather unpleasant.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out citrusy Belgian yeast and light farmhouse funk. Flavour is much the same, with Belgian yeast and light funk. Dry, yeasty and quite complex. Nice stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color with compact head. It has at first a nice aroma of cereals, fading quickly. Smooth, dry mouthfeel; nice cereally malt flavor, correct bitterness, maybe with a herbaceous hint, but more is expected. Balanced and fresh.
Nice, but they could do better.

Draught at the brewery
Light amber color, cloudy, with medium sized head. The aroma is lightly bready and lemony. The mouthfeel is smooth, highly carbonated; the lemon peel dominates the flavor, some cedar peel too, and traces of bread; moderate acidity; the final is a bit more vinous, and woody.
Very nice.

Cask at the brewery
Luminous amber color, quite clear, with generous frothy head. It has a good malt profile, lean, with some caramel and light cereals; the wood adds some astringency in the final; correct bitterness. The mouthfeel is soft, with low carbonation. It should be based on the Citra Ale, but the hop qualities are muffled, there is just some bitter orange peel.
Nice.

Cask at 12 Kings, Vancouver, 420ml
Cloudy golden color with generous frothy head. This full glass has been a food fix of soft Brett, it’s a bit appley, orangey, and astringent.
Nice.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color. The aroma is delicate and fruity, citrusy, with a hint of tropical fruits and peach. The mouthfeel is lean, dry; the malt flavor is easy, a bit crackery; good bitterness level, with moderate amount of hop quality.
Clean, balanced, should perform very well in the summer.
