On Tap at the Boise BP Clear mahogany with a thin but creamy light tan head. Nice sweet caramel brown sugar, and a little apple butter malt aroma. Sweet woody flavor, brown sugar again, and caramel. A little earth leather type notes but overall soft and sweet. Very lightly hopped, that posted 75IBU has got to be a typo. Tasty though.

On Tap at the Boise BP Hazy deep golden/orange with a modest creamy off-white head. Not a lot of hop aroma, a bit fruity and malty. Light bodied and some cereal light toastd malts. Decent bitterness but not as fresh hoppy as the other FH beers this season.

On Tap at the Boise BP Slightly hazy medium amber with a small but creamy light tan head. Sheets of spotty lacing as the level drops with each sip. A little mild malty and caramely aroma with mild piney hops. Flavor is a slightly sharp woody bitterness and a mild hop component. Balance and easy, but still nice fresh hop flavor.

On tap at the Boise BP. Slightly hazy light golden with a fine off white head. Aroma is sharp hoppy, almost chemical or antiseptic like. Very light pale malts. Light malty flavor with some cereal and honey flavors. Big bitter hoppy bite. A hop vehicle. Light and pretty dry.

On tap at the Boise BP. Medium orange/amber wit a fine and lasting creamy sandy head. Persistent sheeting lacing. Classic west-coast grapefruit and tangerine peel aroma. Flavor is medium light malt, a little papery and a nice lasting IBU bite. Very tasty hoppy beer.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear bright golden with a small fleeting bright white head. Sour apple and lemon aroma and flavor. Very dry and tart but lots of sour flavor. Very good.

I think the problem here is that I’ve had so many truly wonderful IPAs over the past few days. Pours blonde without ok head and lacing. Booze is pretty heavy in aroma and the beer doesn’t come together super well. Average carbonation. On tap at Black Back pub.
