Really more like a German dark, a dunkel or something. Lots of sweetened malt. Brown pour with ok head. Some roast. Tap at Tap 14.

Can - label states it’s a "bock lager" - dark ruby with no head - nose of roasted nuts, honey, raisin - a bit limp and lifeless in the mouth - medium sweet, with a balancing tartness - some honey, raisin, caramelized sugars - mild bitterness and some burnt nuts - finish has a bit of booze - eh.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with a roasty malt and coffee character, with slight chocolate and hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Can - pours a lightly hazy gold - man, how can you fuck up IPA - thin, watery texture - poor attenuation - sugary flavor - rough malt texture - some grapefruit and pine underneath what is mostly a watery, sugary, overly sweet experience - not good.

22oz bottle shared by Brad. Unfiltered yellow-tan body. Glass lacing white head. Kind of butt aroma, not enticing. Decent yeasty flavor. Lactic, but awkward. Drinkable, but not impressive.
