Tap @ Echo. Pours a clear, rust orange appearance with a small off white head. A ton of spicy rye in the nose with notes of husk, light piney, and light citrus. A bit chewy/syrupy, thick/sticky rye malty, spicy hoppy, orange fruity flavor. Ok.

Tap @ Echo. Pours a pinkish peach appearance with a white head. Raspberry syrup/extract, a bit floral, fairly fruity aroma. Lightly medicinal, tangy, syrupy raspberry dessert saucy flavor. Strangely a bit bitter on the finish. I’m not digging it.

Tap @ Echo. A touch hazy, golden appearance with a white head. A bit fruity, pale malty, fairly light aroma. Kind of creamy, fairly sweet, light lemon, honey flavor. More sweet and less crisp than I’m used to for a kolsch. Alright.

Tap @ Echo. Clear, reddish orange appearance with almost no head. Toffee, somewhat woody, herbal aroma. Fairly sweet, a touch nutty, herbal, bitter hoppy flavor. A little unbalanced.
