33cl bottle from a trade with Douberd, many thanks! Pours almost clear deep amber colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, dark malt, yeast. Taste of dark malt, caramel, spices, ripe fruits, yeast.

33cl bottle from a trade with Douberd, thanks! Pours hazy deep amber colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, red malt, some fruity bitter hops. Taste of mild bitter resinous hops, spruce, red malt, caramel, good one!

Flesje thuis gedronken. Goudgeel helder bier. Heftig schuimend bij inschenken. Aroma van sinaasappel en gist. Smaak is licht bitter en kruidig. Nasmaak is iets hoppig maar ebt snel weg.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish, chestnut colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Minimally toasty, dark malty aroma, hoppy overtones with a fruity touch of red berries, cherry. Taste is slightly sweet fruity and toasty dark malty, hints of cherry, lingonberry, mild hoppy bitterness. Decent.

Too much carbonation. Foam disappears instantly. A bit of caramel, subtle but unpleasant bitterness. Quite watery. Lacking.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with fizzy white head. Orange peel, condensed milk, some muffin dough or other sweet dough/batter. Some light spices from the yeast I guess, with cloves and allspice. Medium sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation, almost like soda. Mwah.

Flesje thuis gedronken. ( ABV 5.7 ). Beetje troebel, amber kleurig bier met vlokken. Grof wit schuim. Aroma is citrusachtig en houtig. Smaak is kruidig en citrusachtig, ietsje gebrand. Nasmaak is bitter maar ebt snel weg.

Bottle shared at home. Hazy brown amber and a thin offwhite head. Sweet malts, biscuits, rooibos, brown sugar, caramel hardcandy, yeast. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body, low carbonation, bittersweet finish.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Light hazy amber with off white head. Raisins, caramel, sweet malts, dried apricot, onion, mango. Light sweet with light bitter finish. Over light bodied with a bit watery feel. More like a thin watery dubbel than a pale ale. Not good.
