Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/21/2015. This concoction is a dark orange color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, hops and honey. Medium to full body with a sweet malt and honey character, with notes of fruit and mild hops in the background. The finish is sweet and fruity with an herbal honey aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/21/2015. Brownish-black color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Roasted malt, chocolate and berries in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of roast malt, dark chocolate and semisweet raspberry. The finish is malty up front with a mildly tart raspberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at GABF 10/04/2014, thanks to my BIL for assistance with note-taking. Cloudy amber-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt and oak. Medium body with flavors of earthy yeast, fruit and biscuit malt. Subtle tequila in the background. The finish is malt and tequila. Decent overall.

Growler from a trade. From notes. Forgot about this one. Pours a clear dark amber with a red hue and a finger of off-white head. Aroma of bready yeast, toffee and nuts. Taste is light bitter and follows aroma with some light herbal hops and caramel. Medium bodied with a slightly slick textures lively carbonation and a decently longs finish. Overall, not bad. If I lived in Boulder I would probably frequent this place. Very good.

Tap @ West Flanders Boulder. Pours a copper/orangish appearance with basically no head. Funky, goopy sugary, slight caramel, light banana aroma. Clumsy, chewy sugary, orange fruity, slightly toasty malty flavor with some booze. My least favorite at this place.

Tap @ West Flanders Boulder. Pours an orangish/copper appearance with an off white head. Slight grapefruity/orange citrusy, a bit spicy hoppy aroma. The flavor is below par- peach/orange citrusy with a bit of piney hops but otherwise forgettable.

Tap @ West Flanders Boulder. Pours a milky yellow appearance with a white head. Mild lemon citrusy, slightly spicy yeasty, big pils malty aroma. The flavor is again just full of pils malts and much less so on the yeasty and citrus elements. Kind of strange.
