Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear nut brown, small head. Quite intense surprisingly hoppy nose with citrus, figs and asphalt. Sweetish and dense, more full sized than expected. Salty and fruity with grapefruit and tar in a bitter finish. A brown ale packed with flavour.

An amber beer with a small extremely fast disappearing head. The aroma is very sweet fruity with notes of peach, cane sugar, and alcohol. The falvor is sweet - a little too sweet for me, with notes of peach and alcohol. But the body is a little thin.

The aroma is very faint with malty notes. The color is a beutiful amber but it has no head. The flavor is lovely - sweet, malty with notes of straws, caramel, roasted bread, and yeast - very complex. It ends on a malty dryness, but has almost no bitterness. A very good beer.

The beers from Bredaryd are generally some of the best brewpub beers you can find in Sweden, and the owner Lasse Schweitz in a huge beer enthusiast who has made this establishment in a rural part of southern Swedn possible. There are however a few drawbacks with the place, such as, beside a big number of imported bottled beers, they only serve one of their own beers at a time. Another drawback is that the staff working there was completely clueless on beer, and didn't even know which beer they were serving... This beer however poured hazy mahogany coloured and had a fruity, raisiny aroma. It was sweet, aromatic, full bodied and highly sugary. The texture was soft and nice, but it's a bit too dominated by sugar.

Black and hazy with rich creamy head. It is fairly dry and medium bodied with good bitterness.

It has a creamy head, a big fruity plum aroma, a soft malty, but very sweet body, and the finish is all hops. Combines two widely different flavours: sweet & bitter. An unusual beer to enjoy in small quantities.

Bredaryds Pubbryggeri is one of few brewpubs in Sweden. This is their standard beer, a pale, unpasteurized, unfiltered lager. It is deep golden coloured, malty, very complex, full of flavours, with good bitterness, and outright delicious.
