Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Reddish-orange color with a thin bone white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. The aroma consists of tart berries, funky yeast, peppers and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of raspberry, brett yeast, habanero and malt. The finish is spicy peppers and tart fruit. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Jet black color with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Sparse small patches of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and orange. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, fudge and zesty orange. The finish is chocolate-covered citrus and malt. Pretty good overall.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium thick fluffy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, wheat and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of juicy fruit, wheat, hops and malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Can thanks to Dan. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is pineapple, mango, melon, grass. Medium body, juicy hop, mango, pineapple, grass, light bitterness, very good.

33cl can, partagée avec la BXL tasting crew, merci Pierre T. Dorée, paille, col blanc épais et crémeux. Arôme houblonné, fruité avec petit rétro poivré, retrouve des notes fines d’agrumes, léger fleuri. Palais est finemetn citronné, petite amertume avec pointe de pamplemousse en retrait. Impression de thé vert voire de rooibos et encore ce léger aspect épicé poivré. Malt supporte bien cette base houblonnée.

33cl can, partagée avec la BXL tasting crew, merci Pierre T. Dorée sur léger voile, col blanc. Arôme au nez ’dank’ de houblons, résineux à souhait, rétro herbacé, sac de houblons frais avec petite touche de levure en rétro. Malts arrivent en complément laissant toute la place aux houblons. Palais est malté, pâle, cara, pas mal de super houblons, haut en alpha, résineux, huileux dank goodness, impression d’avoir la tête dans un sac de pellets de houblons, possible luppulin.
