Hazy medium orange body, thin off-white head. Aroma mostly Bretty funk, with notes of tart lemon, horse blanket, and sulfur. Crisp, biting body, initially tart then dusty, woody, and sulfuric, with grape and lemon. It's weird pouring these from the can, as everything about the beer suggests an old, dusty bottle. Very nice.

Super hazy golden and pale straw coloured body with a hint of an orange glow with a thin off-white head that fades relatively quickly and leaves nothing up top or on the sides even after a few seconds. Aroma of super funky, dry, grassy and bretty notes from the yeast with a bit of spontaneous fermentation and lactobilly notes, but the complexity is evident from the first sniff that the yeast has paid a big factor into this one, with ample support from the malts and even some noticeable hops here, make this nice in the nose. Light-bodied; Very crisp and grassy, herbal and perfumey profile up front with a noticeable, but fairly light malt backbone and somehow even a touch of smoke or pungency from very strong notes on the tail end that gives off an almost acidic quality that brings out some complexity and pungency in a not so great way. Aftertaste shows some dry lavender, earl grey and oversteeped english breakfast tea notes with a lot of bitterness and astringency, especially at the end that really can't be hidden, given that there isn't any real sugars here and no depth in the profile. Overall, a decent enough, complex and especially funky (in terms of yeast) bite, with some deep, astringent and quite bitter flavours here that give this an interesting depth, but a bit too bitter in too many odd spots make this not as good as it smelled and looked that it was going to be. Still, nice to sample from the great state of Michigan of course and if you have a can of this (like I did), it's better to drink this NOW and not wait any longer, there's really no hope for this one. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Siciliano's in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 03-August-2021 for US$4,37 sampled more than a year later here at my house here in Washington on 27-October-2022.

Capped half liter bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/15/22. Gold, very slight haze. Thin white head, below average retention. Aroma of oak, pepper, orange. Taste is tart orange, oak, pale malt. Peach comes very very late. Pretty simple. Moderate sour. Well balanced. Just a touch thin.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight peach hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light grass and a hint of lemon with a bit of earthy flora and a touch of oak backing. Flavor has lemon and earthy flora with a bit of bread and oak supporting.
