Clear dark burgundy red, no head. Aroma of fresh red grape, blackcurrant, brambleberry, leather, cherry. Taste has sour blackcurrant, red grape, some vanilla in an almondy, jam-like malt body. Tart finish of pure grape skins and red wine. Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. As vinous as a Lambic can get, I presume. Excellent.

Hazy red, thin, pink head. Aroma of vinegar, cherry, ripe raspberry & brambleberry, horse steak, leather, yoghurt, old red wine. Taste has sour cherry, raspberry and blue grape paired with funky notes of vinegar and yoghurt (lactic acid) in an almondy malt body. Tart finish of raspberry, red grape, cherry pit; woody tannins with a whiff of vanilla. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Smooth and 'noble' character.

Hazy ochre, thin, white head. Aroma of ripe white grape, banana, banana peel, rambutan, jasmine, dandelion, citrus zest, sherry. Taste has sweetish-sour white grape and plum surrounded by flowery (lychee) and herbal notes. Bitter floral hops in the finish along with citrus peel, grape-skin tannins and warming white-wine like alcohol. Medium body, moussy texture, soft carbonation. A very interesting sipper!

Taste has sour cherry, red grape & redcurrant; bitter middle of grape skin & leather in a jam-like malt body. Dry finish of grape skins, herbs and red whine (tannins). Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Has a 'purer' profile than the White Label, lovely.

Hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of overripe cherry, nectarine, pomegrenate, vanilla, almond, oxidised apple. Taste has sour red apple, cherry & pomegrenate; bitter middle of grape skin & wood. Lingering bitter finish of grape skin, a tad soapy. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Was hoping for more of that Lambic profile; I'm not blown away.

Taste has sour apricot, orange & grape alongside bitter herbs and funky hay notes. Tart orange peel in the finish, bitter grape skins, faint herbal hops. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. I remember De Meester's Maître Brut Tokaj BA which was similarly dusty and unfresh. Maybe I don't really like Tokaj BA, then.

Taste has sweetish-sour plum, apricot and grape, touch of lime, slightly bitter middle of grapefruit, leather and oak. Dry finish of bitter grape skins, oak and citrus pith. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. It does have that musty-dusty element; I missed out on the elderflower though.
