Хороший ламбик, есть зеленый виноград как по мне, яблоки возможно. Весьма питко, сена мало.

Bottle shared thanks to a random nice person. Bit hazy golden. Sour wheat, peach, apricot, funky, light floral. Solid sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. OK.

Bottle, 75cl, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. Cherry, vinegar hints, lemony, barnyard-ish funk and tartness, with little to no oak. Slightly vinous. Sure not bad this one. 747414 251107

Not bad but not impressive. Quite acidic, a mild metallic note, citric bite, some pale wood. Tart finish. Soft throat burn. Alright.

From bottle at Wild Fest 2025. Pretty strong maple, stone fruit, oak, vinegar. Pretty sour, puckering, some sweetness from the maple. Rich.
