Little cloudy reddish brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: dry, vinous, woody, earthy, tobacco, forest floor. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, red grapes, a little vinous, some tannins, dry, earthy, spicy touch. Aftertaste: gentle acidity, pretty fruit, more grapes, sweet, juicy red grapes, nice!

A little cloudy deep blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: earthy, brett notes, funky, lemon, lime, dry impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of apricots, dry, spicy, some tannins, bitter. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, very acidic, lemon juice, apricots.

Slightly cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very funky, earthy, spicy touch, a hint of vinegar in the nose, fruit, overall rather pleasant. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, almost hoppy, wood notes, good acidity, lemon juice, dry. Aftertaste: more wood notes, spicy, dry, a bit fruity, nice but not the best, and where’s the orange?

Clear yellowish copper coloured beer, practically no head. Aroma: a bit of maple syrup indeed, somewhat fruity, brett notes, woody, good stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, maple syrup, earthy, very acidic, lots of lemon juice, fruity, nice, sweet impression, peaches, peach skin. Aftertaste: very sour, some maple syrup indeed, acidic finish.
